This 1 day hands on course will include:

• Massage techniques to ease the work of the mother
• Details of which different birth options have what consequences and what the implications are for your treatment
• How to work with common conditions and injuries associated with pregnancy and giving birth such as:

  • pelvic floor rebuilding
  • sleep deprivation
