Working in South-East London (Canada Water area), Zoltan is a qualified Clinical Massage Therapist, with the BTEC 5 from the London School of Sports Massage, and the Certificate in Advanced Myofascial Release from Jing. He continues to develop his skills through a range of shorter courses, never forgetting the primacy of sensitive touch over any particular massage “technique.”
Zoltan offers relaxation and release, injury rehabilitation, event prep and recovery, and structural integration. Often you will experience a combination of these in your treatment. His overall massage philosophy entails slooow, connected, and purposive touch. This is informed by a strategic assessment at the start of treatment, and is often augmented by recommendations for targeted exercise after treatment. Zoltan draws on his studies in East-West approaches to achieving systemic change, and on principles of fine balance, flow, and integration from his nei gong and aikido practice.
As well as running his business at se16massage, Zoltan works as a volunteer with patients and carers at Royal Trinity Hospice. He is a member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage (ISRM), and of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
