I am a Jing trained Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist based in London, Vauxhall. Jing has given me the highest level of training in myofascial release, trigger point work, soft tissue release, sports stretching and I place an emphasis on supporting a client’s own rehabilitation with self-care exercises. I work with people suffering from various conditions such as lower back pain, headaches, repetitive strain injuries, fibromyalgia, arthritis, and other musculoskeletal conditions.
Trauma, in whatever form that may be, separates us from the ability to connect with our bodies and I believe that it is through bodywork that we can achieve the reconnection which allows us to heal from within. It was my own personal experience of treatment that I became fascinated with the transformative effects of bodywork not just for the physical but for the psychological and emotional. I am absolutely committed to sharing the healing power of touch with my clients through the fusion of techniques I use. There can be relief in chronic pain!
