Trained using the Jing method I offer a powerful holistic deep tissue massage aiming to help in the reduction of tension in muscles, increase mobility and promote emotional and physical calm, and relaxation. I combine eastern and western techniques, myofascial release and stretching.
Working from my home I offer a secure, clean and tranquil treatment room for my clients to relax, recharge and clear their mind. The treatments I offer have a calming effect on the nervous system, reducing stress and pain and promotes a healing environment within the body.
I am also qualified in acupressure head massage, a meditative treatment of the head, face, neck and shoulders that stills the mind thereby imbuing tranquility and peace.
