As a BTEC Level 6 Jing Method™ Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist, based in Watchfield, I work from my own treatment room and mobile throughout the Vale of the White Horse.
Using an outcome-based methodology, I have helped many clients suffering with a wide range of chronic musculoskeletal pain conditions. These have included such complaints as: low back pain, neck pain, headaches, frozen shoulder, whiplash, sporting injuries, as well as aiding their mental wellbeing.
I use a whole-body approach, working with you to understand your needs and develop a unique treatment plan. Having first qualified in 2013, I have completed a variety of training, including Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Swedish Massage and I can adapt all these styles for Pregnant clients.
By employing a range of safe and effective soft tissue and massage techniques, over a course of 1 to 6 sessions, I seek to reduce pain and increase your range of motion. You may also notice other benefits such as improved sleep and becoming more able to carry out your normal daily activities.
I will also support you through the process by providing stretching and tailored self-care, so you can continue to progress away from the treatment room. I am caring and compassionate and always take the time to fully support your recovery.
