I am a Jing Method™ therapist trained to BTEC Level 6 in advanced clinical and sports massage.
The Jing Method™ is an effective, tried and tested, outcome based treatment of advanced soft tissue and massage techniques. My passion is to work with you to effectively identify and relieve pain.
Treatments are effective for a range of persistent musculoskeletal pain conditions including lower back pain, arthritis, frozen shoulder, whiplash, RSI, carpal tunnel pain, migraines, plantar fasciitis, sciatica and many other persistent pain conditions.
The Jing Method™ incorporates a range of safe and effective techniques, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, acupressure, stretching and tailored self-care.
My approach is warm-hearted and non-judgemental, taking full account of your physical and emotional needs. I am committed to working alongside you to get the results you desire.
