Paula’s journey as a Clinical Massage Therapist began after experiencing firsthand the beneficial qualities of massage which helped ease an increasingly painful condition and highlighted other areas contributing to the problem.
She is a passionate bodyworker providing bespoke and intuitive treatments tailored to and focusing on the needs of her clients. She uses advanced clinical massage techniques including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, hot and cold therapy, and stretching to target particular areas of chronic pain and treat specific injuries/conditions such as frozen shoulder, whiplash, carpal tunnel, sciatic pain and tennis elbow.
Paula also offers Hot Stone Fusion Massage which combines Eastern and Western advanced stone techniques for both relaxation and remedial work. Smooth, heated basalt stones are used to massage the body helping to speed up the process of relaxing the muscle allowing much deeper and truly effective work.
