As an Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist, I am trained in a range of safe and effective soft tissue and massage techniques drawn from East and West that aim to reduce your pain and increase your movement within 1-6 clinical treatments.
The techniques I use include fascial work, trigger point therapy, acupressure, stretching and tailored self-care.
I work on a whole range of chronic musculoskeletal pain conditions such as: Arthritis, Back pain, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Dislocations, Frozen shoulder, Herniated disc, Hip pain, Knee pain, Migraines and Headaches, Meniscus problems, Neck pain, Piriformis Syndrome, Plantar Fasciitis, Rotator Cuff Injury, Sacroiliac Joint Syndrome, Sciatica, Tendonitis, Tennis/Golfer’s Elbow, Whiplash and many more.
