I started my massage training in 2006, studying Swedish Massage with Scottish Schools of massage, having experienced the benefits of regular treatments for desk job related RSI and stress, as well as maintaining my wellbeing for my preferred sports and activities.
I then continued my learning, adding a Remedial & Sports Diploma, then training in Pregnancy Massage with Wellmother, Oncology Massage with Susan Findlay, and MFR with JING.
I work from two established clinics, one in Fife and another in Edinburgh city centre.
I pride myself on giving each individual the attention and treatment they need. Adapting all my skills and techniques to form a bespoke session. I also am continually learning and studying.
