I am passionate about the power of touch to heal the body and mind. The body is incredibly good at healing itself, however it needs the right conditions and sometimes we inadvertently inhibit its efforts by doing too much/ too little or by having unhelpful beliefs about what is happening to us. I believe in empowering people by increasing awareness, understanding, acceptance and appreciation of our own bodies.
I am qualified in Advanced Clinical and Sports Massage therapy with The Jing Advanced Massage Training Institute, and in Pregnancy Massage, Birth and Post Natal Massage with Knotstressed Therapies.
I am qualified to treat a range of chronic musculoskeletal pain conditions including low back pain, neck pain, headaches whiplash, RSI, fibromyalgia and many other ongoing injury or pain conditions.
