I’m Emma, and I am a holistic therapist trained in a range of therapies, including the Jing Method™ of advanced clinical massage, reflexology, facial reflexology, aromatherapy, Indian head massage, pregnancy massage and Jikiden reiki.
My ACMT training with Jing has qualified me to treat a range of chronic musculoskeletal pain conditions or injuries. I am experienced in a range of safe and effective soft tissue and massage techniques that aim to reduce your pain and increase your movement within 1-6 treatments. The techniques I use include fascial work, trigger point therapy, acupressure, stretching and tailored self-care, based on a fusion of an eastern and western approach to massage.
If you are looking to help reduce stress and anxiety, or are just simply after some time out to relax, then I would also very much like to help you. I can tailor a treatment of one or a combination of therapies to help best suit your own personal needs, both physical and emotional. As a clinical aromatherapist, I also like to use natures beautiful oils within all my treatments where oils or balms are used. I make a bespoke blend for each and every client, which enhances your treatment, making it all the more unique and special to you.
I am truly passionate about holistic therapies and use a warm and heart centred approach.
