I have been strongly influenced by Eastern Massage modalities, particularly Traditional Thai Massage which I studied at the Old Medicine Hospital and ITM School in Thailand.

Using a blend of direct and indirect fascial work, trigger point therapy, acupressure, stretching and tailored self-care advice, I aim to reduce your pain and increase your range of motion within just a few weeks.
