Catherine is a Jing Method Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist and is currently studying towards a BTEC Level 6 Professional Diploma in Advanced Clinical Massage & Sports Massage.
She is trained to help you get out of pain and can treat a wide range of chronic musculoskeletal problems such as lower back pain, neck and shoulder pain, fibromyalgia, sciatica, headaches, injuries, and other pain conditions.
Catherine also specialises in Pre and Post Natal massage which she finds hugely rewarding. She is trained in remedial therapy, helping to support your journey from pregnancy up until you give birth and into motherhood and beyond. This is an important time in a woman’s life when they should be nurtured, and massage is beautifully nourishing and restorative natural therapy which can help to support your body. Catherine is also trained in Diastasis Recti rehabilitation.
Catherine focuses her massages on treating the whole person and achieving the clients desired outcomes. Each session starts with a thorough consultation to better understand why you are seeking treatment and how we can tailor the treatment to you. Catherine uses a variety of techniques such as soft tissue release, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, acupressure, and advanced stretching.
