Hello, My name is Casey Stewart-Smith and I am an Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist, dedicated to providing the very best in massage therapy treatments. I am currently based at The Plane Tree in Bethnal Green very close the Central Line tube station and other transport links.

I take an all round view of your life, of any pain, injury or stress or that is limiting what you can physically do on a daily basis and design a bespoke treatment utilising a combination of Advanced massage techniques ranging from Deep and Soft tissue work, Trigger Point Therapy, Table Shiatsu, Amma, Myofascial work and stretching techniques to help ease you back into a pain free or pain-less life.
