Ursula Ruminski BA, ACMT, MFHT has over 10 years experience as a therapist and now specialises in outcome based Holistic Clinical Massage and Reiki Therapy. Ursula completed the ACMT course with Jing Institute and is currently in the second year of a dgree level in Clinical and Sports Massage with Jing. She is qualified in :
Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Acupressure, Indian Head Massage, Holistic Fascials,Trigger Point Therapy, advanced sports stretching,Indirect and Direct Structural Fascial Release techniques, Soft Tissue Release, Suble energy work (Reiki).
All of these soft tissue techniques flow together creating Ursula’s unique style of effective and enjoyable bodywork to achieve the best possible result for you and your body. All treatments are tailored to meet your unique circumstances so that you get what you want; be it a reduction in pain, recovery from performance, improvement in sleep, improved flexibility & mobility, or relaxation & time to yourself.
Ursula did level 1 training in Massage for people living with cancer with Gayle McDonald and the IRIS cancer partnership. She is also a Reiki teacher with 10 years experience and regularly holds Reiki workshops in the traditiona Usui style. She also teaches other workshops, such as Mindfulness and Relaxation for Stress management and Chronic Pain.
Ursula is currently the only JING qualified therapist in Northren Ireland.
