As a Deep Tissue Holistic Massage Therapist trained in the Jing Method™, I specialise in a range of advanced clinical techniques. These can provide relief from a variety of ailments including back pain, migraines, and other chronic pain conditions in as little as six weeks of treatment.
A curiosity and passion for alternative therapies have also led me to pursue a Foundation in Herbal Medicine to understand the history and philosophy behind plant-based medicine, as well as pathophysiology, and the benefits of an integrative approach to health and well-being.
