With over a decade of experience in advanced clinical massage therapy and reflexology, I specialise in personalised treatments, focusing on chronic pain management. I attended the Jing Institute's Certificates in Advanced Clinical Massage (2009-2011), covering targeted areas such as neck and upper shoulder pain, lower back pain, carpal tunnel, and TMJ-related (jaw and head) issues. My skills are further supported by advanced training in reflexology, aromatherapy, pregnancy massage, musculoskeletal anatomy, structural fascial bodywork, and Amma Fusion techniques, allowing me to provide a holistic and effective approach to wellness. I am also a health coach and love helping my patients by encouraging them with great self care.
