Treating female clients only, my main aim of each session is to leave each client feeling the most relaxed and restored they have felt in a long time as well trying to alleviate any pain.
Using a combination of techniques, from Deep Tissue, Holistic, Clinical/Remedial, Hot Stones, Indian Head Massage, and No Hands Massage. I will create a bespoke treatment for your needs that day.
I also specialise in Pregnancy Massage and Facials – Holistic Organic Facials and V Lift Natural Facelift Massage.
I only use organic products in my treatments from Neal's Yard Remedies which are full of essential oils so you can guarantee their safety and therapeutic benefits.
I have three locations to choose from: My lovely peaceful home studio in Henfield; Pilates Evolved studios on Henfield high st for evening appointments; and The Grey Door Therapy Clinic on Blatchington road in Hove.
I have been a qualified Massage Therapist with my own practice for over ten years now. I am continually partaking in extensive advanced training, particularly at JING – including the Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist certificate, Pregnancy & Post Natal, Hot Stone Fusion. I combine my clinical knowledge from JING with the wonderful depth and flow achieved from doing my No Hands Immersion year.
