Hi I'm Jen and I work out of Energy for Life Gym on Sussex Street in Hanover. I am an Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist and have completed additional, specialist hot stones training with Jing.
I'm passionate about treating clients with chronic pain and ongoing illness, especially where traditional medical treatments might be providing less relief or support. My clinic is a welcoming relaxing space and I will listen with empathy and understanding, and work with you to come up with a treatment which addresses your need. I myself have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, so I have a deep personal understanding of the affect a chronic condition can have on both your mental and physical health.
I practice the Jing Method, including sports massage and hot stones techniques to give you the most directed and relaxing treatment possible. I also offer a pure hot stones massage, a restorative and relaxing treatment aimed at creating a deep sense of peace and calm amongst the busyness of life.
