Whilst working in corporate HR and training I saw many a colleague being signed off for stress and anxiety, a path I didn’t want to follow and become another statistic. So, looking for an improved work-life balance and having experienced first-hand the benefits of clinical massage and reflexology I began my professional training in clinical reflexology. In turn this opened the path to a holistic approach of self-care and supporting colleagues in the workplace.
I trained with an affiliated school of Professional Reflexology and gained a Reflexology Mastership in Clinical Reflexology at Level 5 and I am a BTEC Level 6 Jing Method™ Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist.
The clients who benefit the most from seeing me are those suffering acute or chronic pain or have restricted movement, or where stress and menopausal issues are causing imbalances in the body. I am trained in a range of safe and effective soft tissue and massage techniques that aim to reduce your pain and increase your movement within 1-6 clinical treatments. The techniques I use include fascial work, trigger point therapy, acupressure, stretching and tailored self-care. I am qualified to treat a range of chronic musculoskeletal pain conditions including low back pain, neck pain, headaches whiplash, RSI fibromyalgia and many other ongoing injury or pain conditions
Whichever modality you choose, my experience allows me to pinpoint issues and support you in transforming your life, both physically and emotionally. Using a warm and heart centered approach I am committed to working alongside you to get the results you need.
To add to my growing holistic toolkit, I have also trained in Sports Massage Therapy and Pregnancy and Post Natal massage. In addition, I have specialist reflexology training for the treatment of pain, pregnancy and maternity, cancer and palliative care, hand reflexology, Precision Reflexology, Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage and Zone Face Lift and Facial Reflexology.
