I am a Jing Method™ Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist (ACMT). I am qualified to treat a number of chronic musculoskeletal pain conditions such as low back pain, neck and shoulder pain, headaches, whiplash, RSI, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis and many more on-going conditions involving chronic pain or on-going injury.
As a qualified Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist, I am trained to use a range of safe and effective soft tissue and massage techniques that aim to reduce pain, increase range of motion and improve overall quality of life within 1-6 clinical massage treatments. The techniques I use include fascial work, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, acupressure, advanced stretching and tailored self-care.
These treatments take into account the whole person, including not just the individual physical but also emotional needs, and I am committed to work with you to get the results you wish for.
In addition, I am also an experienced yoga teacher specialising in Yin Yoga and Back Care Yoga and tend to integrate this knowledge in my massage practice, especially when it comes to self-care.
