Specialising in soft tissue related pain and dysfunction including back pain, neck and shoulder pain, RSI, headaches and TMJ. Using a mixture of hands on techniques supplemented by hot stones, suction cupping, myofascial release, therapeutic stretching and trigger point release work. My aim in each session is always to facilitate the longest lasting changes through treatment programs individually designed for each client, and then empowering the client with self treatment and after care strategies that can be done at home. I work regularly with office workers who have spent too much time at their desk through to sporting and outdoor activity enthusiasts.
