I am a Jing Advanced clinical massage therapist. I work in Eastbourne and also have access to clinic space in Brighton. I specialise in treating people with sports injuries and rehabilitation including rotator cuff injuries and runners knee amongst others. Even if you aren’t an active person I can also work with you to relieve any pain you may have by treating repetitive strain injuries, carpal tunnel and general back pain.
The type of massage I give incorporates varied techniques including trigger points, myofascial work, treating soft tissue injuries, and stretching whilst using a fusion of massage where East meets West.
